AMY JOBST COUNSELING
Virtual therapy for teens & adults
A place to slow down, look a little deeper, and begin to understand what’s been shaping you.
“Real healing isn’t about small talk. It’s messy, human, and sometimes even magical, and that’s the space I love to hold.”

Something in you knows there’s more beneath the surface.
· Patterns that keep repeating· Reactions you don’t fully understand· Parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hard to access· A desire to make sense of it, not just manage it

About Amy

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level and making sense of the patterns behind how we think and feel.My style is warm, direct, and thoughtful, with space for both honesty and humor along the way.

How I Work

My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care. With over two decades of crisis counseling experience, I’m comfortable working with complexity, including long-standing patterns, early experiences, and things that can be hard to put into words.I tend to work best with people who are ready to look a little deeper and find a greater sense of steadiness, safety, and peace within themselves.
